Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about report compatibility, privacy, calculations, and saved work.

Are these Amazon seller tools really free?

Yes. Every ready tool can be used without a subscription, trial limit, watermark, or account. Planned tools are clearly labeled until they are available.

Do I need to connect my Amazon Seller Central account?

No. You can export a report from Seller Central or Amazon Ads and open it directly in the relevant tool. No Amazon login, API token, or account connection is required.

Are my seller reports uploaded to a server?

No. The current tools read and analyze supported files in your browser. Saved projects and starred tools stay in storage managed by that browser on that device.

Which Amazon reports can I use?

The PPC Audit accepts search-term reports, Search Query Finder accepts Search Query Performance-style exports, Profit Analytics accepts SKU revenue and cost exports, Inventory Forecast accepts stock and sales-velocity files, Inventory Ledger Audit accepts Summary or Detailed View exports, Return Reason Analyzer accepts FBA Customer Returns exports, and Reimbursement Audit accepts reconciliation or adjustment data. Each tool explains the fields it needs.

Can I use CSV and TSV files?

Yes. Report-based tools support CSV and TSV files. Listing SEO can also import labeled text, while Keyword Clustering can import plain text keyword lists.

Does Listing SEO automatically publish changes to Amazon?

No. It helps draft and audit current-format titles, Item Highlights, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms, and keyword coverage. You review and copy the final content before making any Seller Central change.

How does the PPC Audit decide what to flag?

It uses your target ACoS, break-even ACoS, minimum clicks, and zero-sale spend threshold. Recommendations are explainable review signals, not automatic bid or negative-keyword changes.

Is Profit Analytics a replacement for accounting software?

No. It is a decision-support tool for SKU contribution analysis. Confirm report definitions and refund treatment, and use qualified accounting or tax advice where needed.

Does Settlement Reconciliation prove Amazon owes me money?

No. It sums and categorizes the transaction lines in your uploaded Payments exports and compares them with a reported settlement total when available. Differences and unclassified rows are review signals, not proof of an accounting error or amount owed.

Does the Inventory Ledger Audit prove inventory is reimbursement-eligible?

No. It reconciles the report's signed movements and highlights Amazon-reported unreconciled quantities, loss, damage, and unknown-event signals. A movement may already be reversed, found, transferred, reimbursed, or ineligible, so verify every result against current Seller Central records and policy.

How does the inventory reorder calculation work?

The planner combines on-hand and inbound units with adjusted daily sales, supplier lead time, safety stock, planning horizon, minimum order quantity, and case-pack rounding.

What does the Search Query Opportunity Finder flag?

It compares impressions, clicks, and purchases with thresholds you control. It separates high-visibility queries with weak click-through, traffic with weak conversion, promising queries, and rows that need more data.

Does the Reimbursement Audit file claims for me?

No. It reconciles seller-supplied expected and actual amounts, quantities, dates, and statuses to build a review list. A flag is not proof of eligibility or money owed; verify it against current Amazon policy and your Seller Central records.

Can I return to an analysis later?

Yes. Saved analyses appear under Recent. Opening one restores the saved result and settings in the original tool, as long as the browser's site data has not been cleared.

What are Starred tools?

Starred tools are a personal shortcut list stored on your device. Select the star on a tool card or tool page, then open Starred from the sidebar.

Will the web app work on phones and tablets?

Yes. The interface is responsive, supports portrait and landscape layouts, and can be installed as a progressive web app in supported browsers.

What happens if I clear browser data or switch devices?

Recent projects and starred tools can be lost because they are stored in the current browser profile. Export important results before clearing site data or changing devices.

Is SellerHub affiliated with Amazon?

No. SellerHub is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and related marks belong to their respective owners.
