Reconcile FBA opening and ending balances, trace inventory movements, and prioritize explicitly unreconciled loss or damage signals.
Seller Central → Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory → Inventory Ledger → Summary View or Detailed View.
Upload the tab-delimited, CSV, or XLSX file downloaded from Reports → Fulfillment → Inventory Ledger. The report type is detected automatically and reconciled immediately.
Summary View is checked as opening balance plus signed inventory movements equals reported ending balance; in-transit inventory is shown by Amazon as a separate snapshot and is not added to the warehouse-balance equation. Detailed View uses Amazon’s reconciled and unreconciled quantities when provided. A flag is an investigation signal, not proof of reimbursement eligibility.
